What is a discovery call?
A complimentary 30-minute conversation to understand your goals, answer questions, and explore if coaching is right for you. Discovery calls are held for 15 minutes. After that, they're considered a no-show.
How long is a typical coaching engagement?
Most individual coaching engagements run 3-6 months with sessions every 2-3 weeks. Custom arrangements are available.
